Purchased from Porter in Harajuku in the 2000s. Although it hasn't been used much, the color has worn off the buttons (see images 3 and 4).
Other than that, I think it's in good condition.
There may have been an insole at the bottom, but it's not included. (It seems to be discontinued now, so I don't know what it was like when new.)
